What is DC Alliance cares - "DCAres"?
“Care” is in our company’s DNA. We care for our customers and the community we operate our business in.
We want DC Alliance to be a data centre operator that has a heart and soul, not a mere company. Being one of the very few data centre businesses out there to be operated by the same people who own it, we believe the human element will set us apart in being a company that cares for its customers and the WA community.
“DCAres” is the name of DC Alliance’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. Its aim is to put its philanthropic vision into practice. DCAres is allocated funds as well as staff time to give back to the community in a positive and meaningful way.
The first DCAres initiative is the Putt4dough ICT Charity Golf Day in 2020 where DC Alliance sponsored a A$50,000 Hole-In-One prize. DC Alliance has helped raise A$49,000 for the Perth’s Children’s Hospital Foundation thus far.
At DC Alliance’s “Lantern Festival on the Swan” event, as part of DCAre’s the company is proud to nominate Curtin’s Autism Academy as a beneficiary for this combined charity event. The Autism Academy for Software Quality Assurance (AASQA) is an Australian social innovation initiative with the vision of harnessing the special talents of people with Autism for the collective benefit of those with Autism, industry and the wider community.
