Inspect alarms
Simulate fire in sensors
Alarms received by the monitor
Inspect emergency lighting, hydrants, extinguishers, and fire door.
Authorised Personnel
Our Electrician will also be on site for the duration.
The maintenance activities are scripted to a technical reviewed Maintenance Operation Procedure (MOP).
DCA’s in-house maintenance engineer shall provide the overall technical backup, support, and supervision.
DCA’s Facility Manager shall coordinate all site activities.
